En este libro se presenta un Proyecto de Gestión Educativa para la preparación de especialistas en Relaciones Internacionales en el Ecuador, para lo cual se tomará como objeto de estudio a la Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil (UCSG), con una mirada integradora y sistémica de procesos sustantivos como formación de postgrado, investigación y vinculación, a través de una propuesta que ofrece oportuna respuesta a la problemática que atiende la investigación.En este proceso se parte de la exposición y análisis de diferentes concepciones que sobre el tema de las relaciones internacionales y su formación se han desarrollado. Se analizan los rasgos fundamentales que configuran algunos programas de formación en Relaciones Internacionales en América Latina, unido a valoraciones y experiencias sobre el tema por parte de expertos y especialistas. Sobre esta base se procede a la presentación de la propuesta con sus principios, componentes, relaciones y fases. Finalmente, se expone la validación teórica de la propuesta mediante la consulta a expertos.
