Här berättar han själv om den tiden och om krogar, mat och dryck i största allmänhet - utifrån den professionelle kroggästens perspektiv, vilket skiljer sig betydligt från kockars och krögares syn.Stefan Stenudd är författare, frilansjournalist och idéhistoriker. Innan han blev Bong recenserade han musik och teater på DN. Förutom romaner har han bland annat skrivit en tolkning av den kinesiska klassikern Tao te ching, samt  om den fridsamma kampkonsten aikido, som han har tränat sedan början på 1970-talet. 3
