Buddha
This book is a classical Buddhist Sutras: Dirgha Agama Chang A Han Jing. The Sutra is a core text of Theravada Buddhism. While often overlooked by Chinese Mahayana Buddhism, it was nonetheless compiled into the Mahayana Tripiṭaka. This sutra primarily discusses practical practices such as meditation and concentration. It is believed to be highly helpful for those seeking to cultivate. While the earlier sutras also discuss deep and diligent practice, this sutra addresses this in greater detail.长阿含经是小乘佛教的核心经典，中国大乘佛教，往往是忽略此经的，但还是将之结集，编入大乘三藏经典。此经主要是，讲述禅定等实修的。相信对欲进行实修的人，会很有帮助。当然前面的佛经，也都讲了深度精进修行，只是此经中涉及的细节较多。
