L’objectif principal de cette manipulation est d’analyser expérimentalement le fonctionnement d’un système d’extraction liquide-liquide continu à contre-courant, spécifiquement pour purifier une solution d’acide acétique dans un milieu de pétrole bleu, avec de l’eau distillée comme solvant. Nous avons étudié l’effet des conditions opératoires, telles que les débits de la solution et du solvant, ainsi que la vitesse d’agitation, sur les performances de séparation et sur le nombre d’étages théoriques de la colonne. Deux méthodes graphiques ont été employées pour déterminer le nombre d’étages théoriques : le diagramme ternaire, MACCABE et THIELE.
