James Manning
Many Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) sufferers withhold frightening thoughts and ideas in therapy as a result of shame and fear. In this book, Dr Manning, a sufferer with OCD as a child, shares a number of his own OCD stories. Therapist feedback we have received so far appears to indicate that OCD sufferers find the book emotionally moving; memories are often triggered; and there tends to be an increase in self disclosure following reading it.
