Es besteht kein Zweifel daran, dass Studenten, die Gesellschaftsrecht studieren, in diesem Text einen zuverlässigen Verbündeten finden werden. Das Buch ist auch von großem Wert für Unternehmenseigentümer, Unternehmensleitungen, Manager, Unternehmensfachleute und Anwälte, die sich für Gesellschaftsangelegenheiten interessieren, denn das Buch wurde unter Berücksichtigung des Companies Act, 2009 Laws of Sierra Leone geschrieben.
