Ponadto, jednostki kondycjonowania energii (PCU) w pojeździe elektrycznym (EV) posiadają wiele indywidualnych konwerterów mocy, które kontrolują przepływ energii pomiędzy różnymi urządzeniami magazynowania energii, źródłami energii i silnikiem EV. Jednostki PCU zapewniają niezawodne, kontrolowane i optymalne ładowanie akumulatorów stosowanych w pojazdach elektrycznych.
