Into the Light

Into the Light is a true story of profound grief, loss and turmoil, and the courageous journey of growth and healing through finding self-love, forgiveness and practicing daily gratitude. We all experience loss and grief during our life time. For some of us it can be debilitating and profound, especially when we have emotions we can’t control, nor understand. Without tools to help us navigate our way through the various stages of grief, we can get lost, detach from love and lose ourselves in the process. Into the Light is a 90-day journal giving you tools to help you lean into love and find forgiveness, and by practicing gratitude daily, you will gradually find space in your heart to live, love and look forward to each brand-new day. Using this journal daily will help you navigate your way through those strong emotions and turmoil and help you focus on the light as you process your feelings of loss.  Into the Light will show you how you too, can move from the darkness and INTO THE LIGHT!
