В этой статье, вдохновленной исследованиями в области культурной географии, представлены результаты исследования, направленного на выявление важности полевых работ в географии для подготовки географов и обстоятельств, связанных с этой методологией в современности. Учитывая цели данного исследования, мы выделили основные данные из журнала Boletim Paulista de Geografia (№ 84), что наводит нас на размышления о сходстве дискуссий, представляющих собой теоретико-методологические субсидии по полевой работе в/на географии. Собранные темы и концепции указывают на то, что, несмотря на плюрализм опыта полевой работы, она остается в постоянном развитии, эволюционирует и формируется в соответствии с самой конструкцией географической науки, что позволяет нам продвинуться в анализе полевой работы в культурной географии, другими словами, систематизировать гуманистические идеи и их применимость в полевой работе. С этой целью будет предложен проект 'Открыточная география' как способ демонстрации опыта полевой работы в географии.
