Acontecimentos nem sempre facilmente palatáveis, mas cujo gosto amargo também se faz aprazível, da mesma forma que na vida real. Sua narrativa em primeira pessoa é intimista e revela a profundidade psicológica do protagonista ao expor sua história de vida, como se fosse um inequívoco confessionário. A linguagem fluida, quase poética por vezes, recheada com regionalismos e alguns neologismos remete ao trabalho de grandes nomes da literatura. O aparente ambiente interiorano claustrofóbico é colocado em oposição a um mundo fechado das grandes cidades, pura ironia da vida. Sem dúvidas, trata-se de uma esplêndida conversa intimista, recheada de pequenas histórias e emoções que representam o uso das letras como representação do cotidiano. Trata-se enfim de uma obra que preza, sem dúvida, por conter a essência da literatura: ser a arte da palavra.
