Este estudo é dedicado aos desafios geopolíticos nas relações entre Marrocos e Espanha: realidades, desafios e perspectivas. Está dividido em quatro partes: a primeira trata da questão das disputas e divergências territoriais entre Marrocos e Espanha desde o século X até 2023; a segunda trata das questões geopolíticas que levaram a Espanha a reconhecer o plano proposto por Marrocos para a autonomia das suas províncias do sul do Sara como a única proposta pacífica, razoável, aceitável, credível e mais séria para resolver definitivamente o problema do Sara marroquino no quadro da sua soberania. A terceira será consagrada às infra-estruturas de transporte nos dois países e a quarta à logística e ao comércio entre Marrocos e Espanha.
