Does the devil exist?Professor Andrey Adamczevski is recovering from surgery when someone invisible knocks at the door. Opening it, he meets the devil, who attacks Andrey's profound philosophical belief.Andrey has found himself in an existential predicament, stuck in his way of thinking and unable to change it. His deepest delight comes from considering the meaning of human life and the conditions under which it can be realized, while failing to recognise its day-to-day realities within his family.Despite his fear of his visitor, the resulting discussion presents Andrey with an opportunity to test his ideologies regarding life, God, the devil and their existence.
