With population growth, the large housing deficit and the small per capita income of the majority of the population, the construction industry is looking for means and methods to reduce the cost of housing. In this sense, the construction sector is known for not having kept up with the evolution of other industrial sectors, since traditional construction techniques and materials predominate in the face of this new premise. The construction system using structural masonry has proved to be of great value in terms of reducing the amount of wood used, reducing labour, reducing material waste, reducing waste, and especially in terms of the speed of its construction system, all of which contribute significantly positively to the end result (cost).
