There is very little literature, especially in Portuguese, on the Celts who migrated to Anatolia. A topic that has always aroused my curiosity precisely because of the lack of academic interest and published material. I can say without a doubt that during my undergraduate and master’s studies there were no researchers in Brazil investigating the subject. In the last five years, the study of antiquity has continued to try to develop in Brazil despite funding cuts and a lack of government incentives, which very recently ended up influencing the cutting of postgraduate scholarships and the tragic fire at the National Museum. The following text reflects the research as a whole, which is full of points of contact with the present day, although it focuses on a theme from Classical Antiquity. These moments give us the chance to deconstruct some of the concepts we take for granted and take on the hypocrisies of our societies and our historical moment.
